Decennial Celebrations of Human Rights Education Program: The Human Rights Education Program of People's Watch’s Institute of Human Rights Education that was initiated in Tamil Nadu in 1997 completed 10 years in 2007. RCTV’s building inaugural and Dedication of land for housing for STF Victims at Mettur On the 7th of January, 2008, the newly erected building of the Mettur unit of the Rehabilitation Centre for Torture Victims was inaugurated in the august presence of Mr. Pazha. Mani, M.L.A., Mr. Kolathur Mani, President, Periyar Dravida Kazhagam, Mr. Mahaboob Batcha, Executive Director, SOCO Trust and Prof. Xavier Arockiasamy, Executive Trustee - C.P.S.C.
